Main execution paths
- Runtime app: external executeRuntimeApp → dual gates → delegatecall app.
- Asset pull: wallet-self executeWithTokenPull/NftPull → target.call → target calls back to pull bounded assets.
- Signed transfer: relayer submits EIP-712 signature → Runtime checks nonce/deadline/ERC-1271 → direct transfer.
